PreferredTrade 6 is a new multi-window product that utilizes Microsoft's .Net technology.

  • Customizable windows and layouts.
  • Watch Lists -  Create custom watch lists, tracking up to 50 stocks per watch list window. Includes last, change, bid, ask, highs, lows, size and volume.
  • Position Greeks - The Greeks are simply mathematical calculations used to determine the effect of various factors on options. Includes the Delta, Gamma, Vega and Decay for each position.
  • Spreads - PreferredTrade's online spreads system allows you to enter vertical spreads, calendar spreads, straddles and strangles for a net debit or credit with just a few clicks of the mouse.
  • Option Montage - Option Montage is similar to the option chain displaying the stock price as well as option prices for all strikes. In addition, theoretical values, implied and historical volatilities are displayed. The historical volatilities can be adjusted to match other volatilities that you choose. You can also see how the change in volatility affects the theoretical value.
  • Option Analytics - Options analytics is a tool that gives investors the ability to: Compare current option prices and implied volatility to historical volatility. Perform instant analysis by simulating changes in a variety of factors - for example, stock price or position. Evaluate the potential profit/loss of real or hypothetical positions.
