Trade Review

This table lists all trades executed in the account during the day that are being processed for settlement. 

To check trade history for stock and/or option trades executed a year ago to those completed the day before.  Choose what dates you want to cover and which trades in a specific stock and/or option you want to review. In addition, by leaving the stock and option boxes blank, all of your trades during the selected dates are displayed. 

The column explanations are described below:

• Date/Time: Displays the date and time at which the transaction was complete.

• Account: Identifies the account number, as well as the sub-account number as defined below:

  •  1: Denotes a long position not eligible for margin.

  •  2: Denotes a long position eligible for margin.

  •  5: Denotes a short position or in your cash sub-account.
    This enables you to see your long and short positions.

• Symbol: Displays the symbol of the trade.

• Stock: Lists the symbol of the stock traded or the underlying stock of an option trade.

• Quantity: Displays the number of shares or contracts traded.

• Price: The price of the transaction. 

• Dollars: Total amount of dollars involved in the transaction.

• Type: The type of transaction.

• Commission: Commission and any SEC fees charged for the transaction. 

• Bought: Total amount of dollars involved in the all transaction bought.

• Sold: Total amount of dollars involved in the all transaction sold.

• Comm: Total commission and any SEC fees charged for the transaction. 

• Total: Total amount of dollars involved in the all transaction bought vs. sold.

Note: commissions displayed are subject to  a minimum ticket charge which is processed at the close of the business day.
