Version 6.3 Software Logon Notice – Important

Due to configuration changes in our system, users of the PreferredTrade 6.3 software will need to update the proxy settings when attempting to logon. 

 

If you have any problems, please call Customer Service at (888) 781-0283 and select OPTION 2, Technical Support.

Order Routing

Absent specific instructions from customer, Fimat USA will route customer orders at their own discretion to a market center or exchange. Fimat USA is committed to achieving Best Execution for each customer order that we route. Fimat USA may receive remuneration from a market center or exchange for the orders executed. Details of this remuneration, the venue where routed and or the time of execution will be disclosed to a customer upon written request.
