IRA Custodian's New Brand Name
Effective August 28th, Delaware Charter changed the brand name for our IRA custodian to Principal Trust Company from Trustar
Retirement Services. This reflects the branding of their parent company, Principal Financial Group, of which they have been a part of since
1987. The actual corporate name remains Delaware Charter Guarantee & Trust Company.
This is simply a brand name change and does not alter the terms and conditions of your Newedge account. Contact customer service with

Delivery Month Liquidation Instructions for Non-Cash Deliverable Futures Contracts
If you have a Newedge futures account, you will not be permitted to make or accept delivery of non-U.S. denominated cash
futures contracts and you must liquidate any open position in a timely manner. Accordingly, you must give Newedge liquidating instructions
on open positions in non U.S. denominated -cash deliverable futures contracts maturing in a current delivery month at least five (5) business days
prior to the first notice day in the case of long positions and, in the case of short positions, at least five (5) business days prior to the
last trading day. If the required liquidating instructions are not received by Newedge before the five (5) business days as specified
above in this paragraph, Newedge without notice, may either liquidate your positions or make or receive delivery on your behalf upon such
terms and by such methods that Newedge deems feasible at your sole cost and expense.
